private retreats

Ever fantasize about leaving the job, the house, the comforts of what (and who) you know to run away and retreat from the world?

(I should know: I did it!)

But when you can't get away for weeks on end, a Private Retreat can be just the thing to get you centered, back on track and more mindful in your life.

In as little one day (or even half a day if you are really pressed for time), you can start to get back to the juicy, grounded, authentically inspired human being you were born to be.

Here's how:

In Person

If you're in the Palm Springs area (on the land of the Cahuilla people) or in Southern California, a private day-long retreat might be on sacred native land.

Your day can include everything from Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness and meditation practice, yoga, and easy hiking plus the ideal surroundings for getting clearer on your life purpose, identifying your values and making some important decisions.

This is a great fit for individuals and organizations looking to make a decision, seeking direction within a work or life transition and who are looking to cultivate embodied habits of sustainable living.

For folks in L.A., we sometimes meet at The Huntington Gardens in Pasadena or at The Annenberg Beach House in Santa Monica.

(Not in the area? Inquire about other bespoke options in the US and around the world).

On video

When you can't get away but need to, a private one-on-one retreat may be just the ticket.

Zoom retreats can include many of the same elements as in person retreats and are especially useful when you want to make the most of your time off (and aren’t able or interested in spending it traveling).

Participants receive guidance in advance of Zoom video retreats to ensure that you are set up for success, with tips about how to prepare, what to have on hand, etc.

In addition, included with all private retreats is an additional Integration Session (ranging from 30 to 90 days after our initial meeting) to support you in maintaining your progress on your areas of focus.
